WordPress help for a business – when it makes sense
- You do not have a technical person in-house and do not want to risk updates on a live website.
- The website brings leads or sales, so downtime means real losses.
- You use WooCommerce, forms or integrations that need to be checked after changes.
- You want to improve the website gradually without starting every small task from scratch.
- You need faster response when something breaks after an update or hosting change.
One-time help or ongoing care?
If you have one specific issue, a single diagnosis or repair is enough. If the website regularly supports clients, campaigns, SEO or sales, ongoing WordPress care is usually more cost-effective. I know the website history, plugins and risks before an emergency happens.
WordPress care plans and pricing
There are three ready plans and a flexible one. They differ mainly in how much of my working time you have each month and how far we go with securing the website.
- WordPress, theme and plugin updates – two rounds per month
- Website check after every round of updates
- Website backup configuration
- Everything in the Mini plan
- Uptime monitoring
- One hour of my work per month – fixes, page edits, small changes
- Everything in the Standard plan
- Additional website hardening set up at the start of our work
- Malware removal at no extra cost if the website does get attacked
- Two hours of my work per month
- Scope and price agreed for the specific website
- More working hours, wider monitoring or a shorter response time
- Tell me what you need and I will prepare a quote
With annual billing the plans are 10% cheaper.
Do not need ongoing care? A one-time diagnosis starts from PLN 290 – I check the error, configuration, plugins and hosting, then confirm the repair scope and cost.

FAQ – WordPress help for businesses
What is the difference between WordPress help and ongoing care?
WordPress help is a one-time response to a specific issue. Ongoing care includes regular updates, backups, monitoring and faster response.
Which care plan should I choose?
If the website is simple and only has to stay current, Mini is usually enough. Standard makes sense when you want monitoring and an hour of my work reserved for ongoing fixes. Protection is for websites where malware or longer downtime would be the most expensive – it adds hardening at the start and malware removal at no extra cost.
Can WordPress help for a business be one-time?
Yes. You can request a single diagnosis, repair, improvement or consultation.
How much does WordPress care for a business cost?
Care plans start from PLN 150 per month. Standard is PLN 275, Protection is PLN 399, and the flexible plan is quoted per website. With annual billing the plans are 10% cheaper. A one-time diagnosis starts from PLN 290.
Do you support WooCommerce?
Yes. WooCommerce requires a wider scope than a simple business website, especially around checkout, payments and emails.
